From a 26 person church plant in a dance studio, to a growing portable church in a YMCA gymnasium, our goal remained the same - to be a movement of people finding their way back to God.
Now, that same vision lives on 2881 Walker Rd. in Hilliard, OH.

The first Movement Church service was held at Harmony Artistic Center in Hilliard.

Movement Church began regularly meeting on Sunday mornings at the Hilliard Ray Patch YMCA. (Where we would stay in partnership for the next decade!)

Movement Church planted Three Creeks Church in Gahanna, OH led by Pastor Joel Trainer.

Movement Church acquired 13.5 acres of land on Walker Road as a generous donation from one of our members!

Movement Church launched a second Sunday service to accommodate our growing church family! The most difficult question of the year was… 9am or 10:45am?

In an effort to thrive amidst Covid-19, we met at House Churches every Sunday mornings all across the greater Columbus area. 350 people gathered across 20+ homes. We got to see our group leaders step up in amazing ways!

Our generous friends at Northwest Church lended us their buildings on Sunday evenings so we can meet as one church family! Movement continued portable church Sundays at 4pm at Northwest
